See…this is what bugs me about debit cards. I can go to nearly any store with my debit card. Depending on whether I hit the credit button or debit button I have to do one of two things.
1. If I hit the credit button, I have to sign a little slip of paper verifying my identity…even though it doesn’t get properly verified.
2. If I hit the debit button, there is no verification whatsoever. I swipe my card through their little machine, put it back in my pocket, get the receipt and walk away without them even seeing my card.

It all seems a little too convenient these days…

So I’m down here in Texas, right? And, of course, I’m watching TV in my hotel room when this ad comes on and it’s opening line is: “Who’s the Big Government Liberal?”. It then preceeded to ridicule this “Big Government Liberal”

I should also note that the hotel I am staying in is no more than a block away from the “Grassy Knoll”. Never in my life thought I would see that and/or the book repository in person…

Like I said…that is really cool. Now I can fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming Spider-Man.

I am this [__] close to just dropping off all my clothes at the cleaners. I could spend an entire day washing, ironing, and folding my clothes, but that’s just not what I want to do when I get home friday night at 10:00.

It’s nice to be home, but I’ll be on the road again soon. Dallas is this week! I’ll let ya know how it is.

I need to post some pics from the Keys too. I don’t have many, unfortunately.

Sorry! Nothing interesting to report today. Just another boring day in the Keys.

Jet ski’s are kewl. Especially when you’re out near sunset…with the sunset on one side, and the full moon rising on the other horizon. Never mind the fact that you can do anything you want while you’re out there. I should have taken more vacations as a kid - I blame my deprivation on my parents.

The keys are beatiful. Last night, I was on one side of the island observing an amazing sunset. Tonight, I was on the other side of the island watching a thunderstorm off in the distance. I should’ve come down here for spring break…
