So I’ve moved into the city and there’s tons going on, but I’ve posted next to nothing about it. I guess it doesn’t help that I didn’t have Internet access all weekend. Not to mention the fact that I’ve been condemned to Cleveland for the next three weeks…but that’s another story for another time. For now, I need to catch up on some zzz’s.

Seeing as how I’m moving in a few days, I’m going through all my old stuff. I just found a piece of paper from high school with a bunch of different network configuration settings on it. And thus began my love of mapping and hacking the network. Ever since that point, it seems I’ve always been working to map out any network I’ve been on and understand how it works. Just thought I would regale you with that trip down memory lane.

Bloglink - The process of jumping from one blog to another via links on the bloggers’ page. I “bloglinked” to your site, or the act of “bloglinking”.

Per Kasia, I’ll be putting up a little “about me” page one of these days. Granted, it’s mostly family that reads my site…but for the hapless bloglinker, it could be useful.

Wow - I think I’ve got everything up and running on the new server. Just need to make sure there’s nothing I forgot and I’ll be set. The only thing I can’t seem to run is mod_log_sql, so I’ll have to work on that. All I need to do now is get the dev site functional. Night!

Update: It seems much quicker too, for some reason.
