Beverly Hills :: Crustacean
I went to one of the most wonderful restaurents tonight. There is a place called Crustacean in Beverly Hills that we went to for dinner tonight. It was absolutely phenomenal!
Appetizers consited of a sampler that contained some sort of crispy crab thing, marinated beef, fried shrimp, and chicken dumplings. These were all very tasty, but on to the main course. One of us had Maine Lobster, the other, cracked crab, and myself, Royal Tiger Prawns. There was also a lobster salad. The lobster was the best I’ve ever had this side of Maine. It nearly melted in your mouth. Of course, how could I forget the garlic noodles? These are tough to describe, but they are wonderful. The aftertaste they leave in your mouth is like garlic bread.
Desert. Oh desert. Chocolate Lava Cake. A brownie topped with ice cream and whipped cream. Again - melt in your mouth great! And to top it all off, I had a taste of Cognac for the first time. Not sure if I’ll try that again, but it was interesting nonetheless.
So the next time you are in Beverly Hills with an expense account, Crustacean is a must!

Oh dear Lord, Damon. How many pounds did you put on with just that one meal?? Oh my oh my. I hope you don’t have to work close to anyone tomorrow after eating those garlic noodles. Phew!! Better buy a good supply of gum.
