Copied NCDaemon to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office XP\Office11. Problem fixed but now I cannot send mail. If I remove NCDaemon then it goes back to the error message but sending is fine. Jeremy's fix thats copying to “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11″ worked for him, worked for me too. Now I just have to fix the problem with my emails all coming in as read so I dont get a notification that there are new mail in. Thanks a bunch to this site.
